  • The top rooms to stage in order to attract more buyers are the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room.

Thanks for posting Christopher. In my market, in Los Angeles, staging is very prevalent and generally expected. If you spend 1% (avg cost of staging in many markets) and see a 10% return (I've heard as high as 17% from Home Gain) doesn't it make sense to stage? I wish I could get those kinds of returns in the stock market!
