Ana Hitzel has tagged me, (thanks!) so here are my answers:

1. Favorite Musical Artist:  I live in Music City so that's a tough one - Fiest and Allison Krause (love the album she did with Robert Plant

2. Favorite Artist: My favorite artist is a photojournalist: Robert Frank. Eugene Smith is a close second. His mastery of composition is wonderful and relates to the way you give a room impact with staging.

3. Favorite Blogger:  I enjoy Mellissa's blog and Fernando's.

4. If you could meet anyone dead/alive who would it be/most interesting about them:  Dead, Bach, (I'd have to learn to speak German). Love cello and love his music. Nashville is mired in civil war history so I'd love to meet Patrick Cleborne, killed at the battle of Franklin. I lived in New Orleans for most of my adult life and I would have liked to meet Jean Lafite.

5. What I wanted to be when I grew up: A photojournalist - did that; how'd I end up in home staging again?

6. Most interesting trivia I know: Pretty knowlegeable about civil war trivia....

7. What point in history would choose to live: 1840s-1860s in the American South

8. Most interesting job I ever had: Drove the delivery van for a florist in high school. Loved seeing the expression on people's faces when they received flowers!

So now it is my turn to tag? I tag Natasha Little

Gee Thom, when I was at your house, where'd you hide the flag???

JK!  Gotta love your southern pride. I can't fault anyone for embracing their heritage.  The Civil War is a fascinating part of our country's history.  Lots of stories of heroism and sacrifice, bravery and tragedy on both sides of the conflict.

When I was 8, I saw Gone With the Wind for the first time.  I was so infatuated with the period!  (Again, I was smitten with the clothes.) I begged my mother to find me a hoop skirt, a parasol, and a matching lace fan and gloves!  And believe it or not she did!

Only later did it occur to me that perhaps I would not have enjoyed the same perks that Scarlett did in the antebellum South...

And I am also a fan of Alison Krause.  About 1/4 of my music collection is folk/country.

(Shh...don't tell anyone...they'll take away my ghetto pass!)

So you tagged me.  Check out my answers when you get a chance!
