How to Protect Yourself Against Mosquitoes

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Savvy and Company

Summer is the time of year when pesky mosquitoes come out.  They are drawn to people's body heat and their bites create bright red and very itchy bumps.  While these are hard to avoid in the heat of the summer, there are tips and tricks on how to repel them and treat the bites.

Putting up any kind of barricade like screens or tents will help you avoid them, but there are also areas to stay away from like standing water.  Since these bites are not always avoidable, there are many methods to treat them, for example, with certain types of lotions and creams.

To learn more about how to escape the mosquitoes and treat their bites, take a look at this article, "How to Repel and Avoid Mosquitoes and Treat the Inevitable Bites."

With the crazy weather we have, diseases can be transmitted by these mosquitoes. Better to be safe than sorry and stay protected.
