We just updated the Craigslist real estate ad generator for your RealBird listings. While Craigslist has not allowed advanced HTML formatting and embedded images and links for ,many years, using your RealBird tools, you can enhance your Craigslist ads easily to maximize your lead capturing opportunity.
The RealBird Craigslist ad generator now provides you with an easy way to:
- Download the automatically branded listing photos - use them instead of the regular photos to brand the pictures with your own, with your name, contact information and SMS text code call-for action message too.
- Download the listing QR code image - and upload it as the last photo on Craigslist
- Copy and paste the description automatically generated - this code now also includes the SMS text code call-for-action message and your RealBird property site link. While Craigslist do not allow click-able links in posts, some may copy and paste this link and access your property website that way. This "copy and paste" action is also track-able via Google Analytics.
While none of these enhancements in itself are game changers in themselves, combining all of them can greatly enhance your Craigslist ads and also can showcase your marketing savvy to your current and future sellers.
