Cell: 631-805-4400 hi Sheila... the biggest part of my spring list --pressure washing my porches, steps and walkways-- was done last week.  A/C's, fireplace, sprinkler system and water heater were serviced late last month. And I keep no screens on my windows... they are still in the box they came in when we built out house 13 years ago. One big last task... switching out my closet to my summer wardrobe... been putting it off for a few weeks, but need to get it done this week.

I learned a long time ago to "farm out" all those things we can't do ourselves, so all our mechanicals, sprinklers, fireplace are scheduled for service twice a year and our people who service us call twice a year and make an appointment.
