We've known about West Chester Ohio's new patio home community for some time, so long in fact that it wasn't always a good fit for some of our buyers.
Why?
It takes significant time to go from concept to approval to streets laid to actually building homes!
So while Epcon's Bel Haven community has been an appealing concept, 2018's buyers weren't interested in waiting for late 2019 to take possession of their new home.
Well the wait is almost over. Epcon is close to breaking ground and starting to build the first patio homes (or as they prefer to call them, courtyard homes).
Epcon will be building similar courtyard homes to the ones across the street in The Villas at Park Place. They're already taking contracts for the first homes to be built in Bel Haven.
Prices have climbed a bit from the mid $300s starting to the upper $300s and up for base price depending on which of the 7 available floor plans you select.
These courtyard homes are range from a cozy 1330 sq ft all the way to 2930, but if a basement is important to you, you'll want to take a hard right away from this community. ALL courtyard homes will be built on slabs. Depending on the floor plan, there is the possibility of adding some loft style living space.
All floor plans feature a minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 2 car garage. Floor plans are open and the homes are nicely appointed even at the base level.
Call us (513-520-5305) to arrange a meeting with the builder's rep if you're interested in finding out more or to claim your spot in Bel Haven.
We strongly recommend hiring a buyers agent (like us!!) to represent you during the new construction negotiations. Our service fee is already built into the community overhead, and Epcon DOES NOT offer you a "better deal" for coming unrepresented.
Serving the Cincinnati area patio home niche,
Liz and Bill aka BLiz
