Real Estate Market Report for Addison, Texas: May 2019

Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 27, up from 26 last month. Inventory is still low! Currently for sale, there are:

  • 9 single family homes (ranging in price from $288,500 - $1,160,000)
  • No half-duplexesAddison, east of the Tollway
  • 14 condos ($140,000 – $419,000)
  • 4 townhomes ($334,900 - $490,000)

Twelve of the 27 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market continues to correct.

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 54 days as compared to 52 last month). The median number of days on the market is 27 days, compared to last month’s 32 days.
