So you send out an auto email for properties with low HOA's. The listing agent called it Condo Association fee, so the HOA came up as zero, which is below whatever minumum you had in the search criteria.
Does it really matter what it is called. NO.
So when you do the search you have to put in .... for example $200-. Which is less than $200. And you have to put it in both categories. Condo association fee and Home owner association fee.
After having a few buyers call in on emails that make them think there is no HOA fee, you learn these things.
