Corona del Mar Home Values 6/2/2019

 

This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 0.6 percent, new homes are up 9.3 percent and resale condos are up 3.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 3.1 percent, down 11.4 percent on condos and down 25.7 percent for new homes.

 

Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 31.5 percent and the sales volume is down 10.0 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.0 percent and the sales volume is down 28.5 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 5.8 percent and the sales volume is down 8.2 percent.

Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 0.3 and the sales volume is down 2.7 percent

Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 3.2 percent and the sales volume is up 10.6 percent.

Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 3.3 percent and the sales volume down 184 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 15.5 percent and the sales volume is down 8.0 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 9.7 percent and the sales volume is up 27.3 percent.

 

We are seeing some life in the market especially in the San Clemente 92673, and Laguna Niguel market.  This seems to indicate the market is flat.
