Lakefront condos for sale in West Bloomfield & Bloomfield

If you have been looking for a lake condo in West Bloomfield or Bloomfield you are probably learning that there are very few lakefront condos on all sports lakes in Oakland County.  Especially if you are looking for a lake condo that had a dock.  Sometimes lake condos have a docking area for the residents to share or there are other condos that actually have a deeded dock that comes with the condominium.  If you are a buyer and have a boat these are important factors to consider when buying a lake condo.

Most lake condos in West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Twp, and Bloomfield Hills are on non all sports lakes.  What that means is they are paddle boat, kayak, swimming, or row boat lakes.   Power boats and jet skis are not allowed on non all sports lakes.
