Why Use A VA? To Focus on Specifics!

When you use a VA, they can focus only on specific tasks that you need them to do. This way, you never have to worry about committing to more than you need with a VA. Many agents start off with a specific task that they assign to a VA. These tasks can be anything from handling your lead management or listing marketing to blog writing or cold calling or writing a newsletter.

What one task would you outsource to a VA?

I have sourced out things to a VA, but found I can truly get it done just as efficiently, and quicker.

Thanks for commenting, @Joan! The most important thing to remember about utilizing a Virtual Assistant is that it isn't always about whether or not you could do the task yourself. Most of the tasks that VAs perform can be done by the outsourcer. This issue isn't about whether or not you COULD do something yourself, but more about whether or not you SHOULD.

Your primary job as a real estate agent is to be in front of your clients, showing properties and helping to guide them through the home buying or selling process. Your primary job is NOT the administrative tasks that go along with that. The time you spend creating property flyers or setting up one-page property websites or sending out marketing reports, though you can definitely do those things, is time better spent doing what brings you in more money.

VAs are here to help agents do more of what they do best! It's about spending your time wisely on things that help you earn more money and let you live in your passion. Plus, if you can do these tasks faster than your VA, you probably don't have the right VA for the job!
