How Do You Get To Courthouse Vista Trailheads?

Google Courthouse Vista Trailheads

Image shot from the northeast from the (X) above.

The trailhead is right off State Route 179 on the east side. It is about halfway between the Village of Oak Creek and Chapel area of Sedona.  Get to trailheads early.  Any trailhead parking area that has restrooms require a pass or parking permit.

Daily Pass  $5 ~ Weekly Pass $15

Interagency Passes such as (Annual, Senior, Access, Golden Age) may be used instead.

Areas that require a pass will be designated and should have a fee station (below).

You can get interagency passes (noted above) at any Ranger Station or Red Rock Visitor Center. There is a Ranger Station on the SR 179 right before you enter VOC from I-17.

Morning Sheri.

Who knows, maybe one of these days you'll get a phone call from area code 479.  It may be an old guy and his wife wanting to see some of the places you write about

Good morning, Sheri... is this something new, Coldwell Banker, or have I been stupidly oblivious all this time? I've been to Sedona once, many years ago, and loved the rocks.

Hello Sheri - I can see why words were necessary for this post.  As beautiful as the photos are, explanation helps and your knowledge of all things including real estate in Sedona is such an asset to those looking to buy/sell.

When we are in Sedona in July, we will have 4 small kids with us, is there an area that you think they would really enjoy visiting?  A friend of mine that used to live in Sedona suggested Red Rock Crossing.
