Home sales and prices rose in the Anthem Parkside real estate market during March. Sales increased 54% over February but were down 25% year over year. The average sale price increased 4% versus February and was up 7% versus March 2018. The average price per square foot was virtually the same as February, and was up 3% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market was down 36% versus February and down 38% versus March 2018. The inventory of homes on the market is at a 2.00 month’s supply, still a seller's market. The 12 month moving average, $324,816 is up 6% from last year continuing a flattening trend over the last several months. The number of homes currently on the market increased to 67, while the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside fell to 67, foretelling a modest sales report for April.
