Congratulations Graduates!~~!~ Yes, indeed it is that time of year again. It goes so fast, and I'm positive the parents are out there wondering where all that time disappeared too. (I know I did when Rachel graduated from high school, then college, now her doctorate)! Something in the air just makes it so wonderful. I have been to 3 graduation ceremonies this year, 2 college and 1 was high school. There is, of course, such a difference between the 2 events, a lot of learning and growing between 4-5 years. So let's talk about high school graduation, seeing that I just left a week in Michigan enjoying and celebrating my niece's graduation from Chelsea High School. What a wonderful ceremony it was. The excitement and accomplishment that showed in these young people's faces were just heartwarming. 17-18-year-olds, getting ready to start their new life out in the world. I was especially impressed with the student speakers. Wow, they sure sounded put together and ready to take on the world. All the students were impressive. Lots of happy smiling faces. So proud of Chelsea High School Graduates! (and all you graduates out there)! Go ahead, you have a whole lifetime of achievements to look forward to. Throw that hat in the air and be proud!
