Good morning and hello there again.  Hope this email finds you doing well this Monday morning and had a fabulous weekend  Well school is out and hope all are enjoying the start of Summer.  Wanted to share Tim's Time Outs:

THIS WEEK:  LISTENING TO YOUR HEART:

What exactly is meant by the term 'heart'?  It's not just the physical organ, through which we feel emotions as the heart pounds faster or relaxes.  The heart also corresponds to the heart chakra of subtle energies and information, and it has a built-in nervous system of its own linked to emotions and intuition.  It also aligns with the right-brain way of thinking holistically and non-verbally, whereas the ego mind is more left-brain and verbal-in the heard. So when we talk about "listening to our heart," it means being mindful of our soul's perspective, our inner knowing, our intuitive feeling, our essential loving core.

"Use your heart. Understand. Learn to see things in the now, not as they were or will be, or as they might or should be, but as they are, right now, in this moment.  The heart sees the now; the mind only sees the next.  If you cant learn to see the now, you'll never see what's truly there, and then where will you be?"~E.J. Pattern

"Everyone wants to belong, or be a part of something bigger than themselves, but it's important to follow your heart and be true to yourself in the process."~Emily Giffin

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched-they must be felt with the heart."~Helen Keller

May your day and week be filled with many blessings and success!

All the best,

Tim
