Do I have to come in to do paperwork to make an offer on a home?

Congratulations on finding the home of your dreams. Now the fun stuff becomes on the road to becoming a homeowner in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake area of Western Connecticut. Once you get over your nervousness and looking forward to your future, you realize paperwork has to be done in order to look up the house.
From there, we are discuss what your offer should or shouldn't include & when we should do it. I have had clients over the years made offers while at the house. I have gone from the house to doing paperwork right away at my office. Sometimes it takes a couple of days after the viewing, and then the clients find me to discuss making an offer. Sometimes we finish leaving the house, the clients start to go back to where they can from, I fill out the docs electronically & buyers can sign on their electronic devices using my offices secure technology.  I've even go to buyers current homes to get documents signed.

Each has their own advantages and disadvantages. I prefer paperwork to be either typed up at my office and signed in person or via the secure document program so the document is clean & legible. Buyers have even signed electronically in my office on the program so they get a secure copy of the paperwork they can keep & we can clearly discuss the process in person so that everybody is on the same page.

I work at whatever level that my clients like. If you are ready to start house hunting in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake area, please reach out and contact me. I look forward to hearing from you-Jonathan Hall with William Pitt SIR-203.417.0523 or send me an email or visit my website.
