Everything was ready I went over to take pictures and then put the listing in Bright MLS but there was a small problem. The cleaning girls shut off the air conditioner and I could not figure how to turn this thermostat on. I called Paul who was doing the last minute work on the house and luckily he was in the area. He would be there shortly.
I started to take pictures and found some water near the A/C When Paul came we discovered it was the hot water heater. I called the seller and told him the bad news. The good news was that I got there before any real damage was done. Looks like it may take until the middle of the weekend until this is all fixed . Paul is great he drained the hot water heater and will take care of things ASAP.
We have been having unusually stormy rains with high winds here in our area and as we were outside we discovered an electrical wire that was coming loose. I took a picture and sent it to the seller as that too needs to be fixed and secured .
This is a lovely house a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath split level with a fireplace in Pine Tree Farms Feasterville Pa in the Neshaminy school district It is a very desirable area with lovely grounds and a garage -coming soon!
