Ron and Alexandra Seigel thanks, Alexandra. I'm gob-smacked every time I hear someone here say we're in a buyer's market... homes might be taking a bit longer to sell but with ever decreasing inventory and limited new listings, I don't see a buyer's market.

I'm assuming with the good interest rates prevailing, we're going to see more buyers competing for the inventory in many markets. The supply/demand formula really does translate into higher prices.
