Stress...Any Suggestions?

By

OK folks, I'm curious how many of you handle the stress. I find I can handle the stress of the job or the stress in my life, but when they overlap I end up eating Excedrin Migraine like TicTacs. If any of you have stress relief techniques, that work really well for you, please share. I don't even want to think about the dry cleaning bill when the top of my head explodes. Ha Ha

I try to sit still and take some deep breaths. Close my eyes and think about the good things or the things I like. Instead of thinking about what can go wrong...I think "What can go right?"

Chuck , close your eyes and think happy thoughts. Like Peter Pan....then you can fly!

Seriously...time away from the office and spending time with family helps alot. Life isn't all about work!

Chuck, I would suggest turning off the cell phone and get away for even an hour a day.  I probably need to try exercise also.

Wow, stress, it can surely kill you. My suggestion to you is that once you start to feel it, sit back and relax, and take a breather. I don't think that there is no job or work that is worth killing yourself over for. Sure, we have deadlines, people to see, places to go and money to make but our health comes first no matter what.

There are only 24 hours in a day but not enough for my list of things to do. They say that you can get more done from 5 am till 9 am than from 9 am till 5 pm. I try to get 15 minute breaks from time to time. I've already told my friends and family not to call me during business hours unless it's an emergency. I HAD to do this because it was really creating a nuissance and although I love to talk to my friends, business is first!

Make sure that you are eating properly like healthy foods to sustain the healthy cells in your body and drink plenty of H20, and exercise your lungs by doing breathing exercises to calm the nerves. Hope this helps.

I will write a day off when it isn't going well. I will get into the office early the next day. no distractions and I seem to get thru it.

I have been going through some stress lately with trying to complete multiple short sales, so I needed something that could help me too.

What worked for me the other day was finding a good Classical Piano station on the internet. I really have bever listened to this music before, but I can tell you that I went home that night a bit lighter on my feet.

Good Luck...

Stress brings about physical changes in your body.  I strongly suggest a Vitamin B Complex pill two to three times a day, as well as a antioxidant such as grape seed extract daily. If worse comes to worse talk to your Doctor about stress and nerve pills.

Nearly all Onocoligist agree that stress is a usual ingrediant in breeding cancer cells.

Exercise a lot and find something you like to do.  If you can combine the two you will have it whipped.
