Fot the second quarter of 2019, (April, May, June) Gary & Melynda Wolter along with help from their Marketing Manager, Scott Alexander and Sales Intern, Kirene Bennett, have sold almost $2 million in real estate this spring.
"We have started podcasting with the help of Scott and doing more innovative marketing to get our message out. Actually, more of our clients and friends are telling others about us and referring us more than ever. We couldn't do it without them," says Melynda.
The Wolter Team sold a house in Queen Creek, setting a new neighborhood record with a sales price of $625,000. They also just listed a condo close to Arizona State University for $144,900.
"We specialize in client satisfaction and marketing, more than a specific neighborhood or price point." Gary says.
Wolter Team Realtors plan on having their best year yet in their 18th year of being Realtors.
