The lot is closed, and the building plans for this custom home are just about finalized. This Buyer is having a blast picking and choosing where walls are, changing items he could not in his previous production homes he bought new. Things like a walk-in custom shower and adding an extra head, adding a 6' soaker tub to accommodate his large frame. He is thrilled.
