This Summer 2019 I will be be bringing you a tour of some of my favorite Spokane neighborhoods weekly. We will see the neighborhood highlights as well as learn about real estate in the neighborhood.
My first stop in the Summer 2019 Spokane WA neighborhoods tour is The Garland District .
The Garland district in Spokane WA is loaded with history and character. It's walkable shopping district is a true reflection of local business and has a personality all it's own. From the historical Garland Theater to the must photograph " Milk Bottle " architecture of Ferguson's cafe, each shop keeper is a must visit! Some of my favorite second hand stores can be found right here in the Garland district! Not to mention Mark's guitars which my husband frequents.
As a Realtor who specializes in relocation to Spokane WA. I always enjoy including this darling neighborhood in my Spokane tours.
Homes for sale in the Garland District are generally in the 1910-1930 vintage, however there are also homes up to about the 1960 era that can be found. The zip code is 99205.
The Garland district is conveniently located just a few miles north of Spokane, and most of the homes have great character.
The average home sale price is about 225, however homes can range from $175,000-$300,000 depending on size and condition.
I hope you enjoy my little video of the Garland district in Spokane WA.
