Hello to all my Active Rain friends,

It's been a while since my last confession (blog). Just a joke.

Thank God life has been great so has been the business. The only complain is that some of us should try to let some listings to expire to hunt them not while there is still a sing standing on the lawn and the listing is still active. i don't like to see someone elses card on my listing with a flag for Memorial Day.

This happened on the North Flushing Area and Bayside. You hire to put flags or flyers. try to avoid the listed houses.Because I try not to do solicitation.It it a dirty business but we can paly it clean.

That is a shame that its happening like that. I agree with what you said, and even if it gives me an edge, I won't do it, because I know its just plain WRONG

That should be a violation of your local MLS rules and I would turn them in because if you did the same thing to one of the same persons listings they would be the first to turn you in for the violation.
