Corona del Mar Home Values 6/16/2019

This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 1.1 percent, new homes are up 9.3 percent and resale condos are up 1.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 2.3 percent, down 8.8 percent on condos and down 38.4 percent for new homes.

Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 24.3 percent and the sales volume is up 8.3 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 3.9 percent and the sales volume is down 4.7 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.7 percent and the sales volume is down 3.8 percent.

Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 6.6 and the sales volume is up 28.4 percent

Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 1.6 percent and the sales volume is down 9.6 percent.

Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 0.0 percent and the sales volume down 23.1 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 32.5 percent and the sales volume is up 10.2 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 7.4 percent and the sales volume is up 27.8 percent.

Look at the change in San Clemente 92672, wow that is an increase,  The rest of the cities look the same to me.  This seems to indicate the market is over all flat rather that dropping like a rock.  It does depend on the smaller areas on how that affect the market.
