Kathy Streib I am doing my best to share those with my niece and nephew...they love the stories I tell about their grandfather. Sadly, he did not live long enough to meet his granddaughter, and he checked out when his grandson was 3, so he has vague memories...I am coloring them in. LOL A

For some reason my father decided to translate from Russian a recipe of his mother's for me,. It was funny because he knew I could do it. At the end of the ingredient list, he had written in English and "then make the damn cake!" I still have that translation...I laugh everytime I see it!" A
