Thank Michael! When you live, work, play golf, in the same neighborhood you see and hear about opportunities that many outside agents do not. :-). Kathy
Hi Kathy:
That's a great story. Bet your clients, and the sellers, are thrilled to be moving along with their lives. Love that view!

Welcome back! Thanks for sharing this great story Kathy Schowe Just because it's not on the market, doesn't mean it can't be sold.

Thanks Mary ! We are so low on inventory in our neighborhood that you have to beat the bushes to find homes for buyers! Kathy
Good job. I did that once on a new construction. I was working with a local builder developer selling their new homes to out of state investors as rental units. I had sold a to be built new home as a co-op broker to a local buyer. Their financing fell thru but the new home's sales peson didn't "put it back on the board". I assume she was hoping to find another buyer first because the builder gave their sales people a little bonus for selling completed units that fee thru. I wrote it up for an investor looking for a completed house. Sales manager was thrilled to get it resold so fast but was not happy about the rep that kept it off the board for six days.
Kathy love success stories like this, BTW I drove through your town four days ago... oh boy I saw the Golf Course and thought of you... and then I looked at my Temperature gage and said need to get home... sorry I did not call and stop in, Endre
