South Riding Mid Week Update 6/15/2019 - 6/19/2019

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 26 homes for sale. 6 homesnew to the market; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homeswhich went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
