What does Home Ownership mean to me at La Quinta Country Club?
When we were searching for our home at La Quinta Country Club we had already joined the club, but we lived in a condo a few miles away. Friends and members explained to us that your experience and life here is enhanced, enriched, and just plain better if you live "on campus." We liked our condo in Indian Wells and didn't mind the short drive ov
er to the club for golf, dinner, and events. Little did we know how much better it could be when you overlook the golf course and can pop out for a few holes, drive to and from the club in your cart, and for me- show listings, and homes from my golf cart.
The minute I saw our home- I knew it was the perfect place for us. It was built in the 70's and had not been updated at all. Everything was original, including the lime green wallpaper with little daisies and striped yellow and green wool carpeting. I could see beyond that and the view was incredible.
We have remodeled and updated through the years to make it the perfect place to live, entertain, and welcome friends and family to come visit. When I say I never want to move- I mean it. My husband has a hard time getting me to take trips or travel because I am so content and happy at home. I have my kitchen, pool, golf course, and my kitties. After almost 20 years in this home, what more could I want? I am grateful to live here and that's what home ownership at La Quinta Country Club means to me.
