Seven tracts of homes participating on the two hills either side of the "Club at Rancho Niguel". (Windrose, Mandevilla, Tampico, Sea Country, Reggio, Serena, Via Luis and Westhill. Come early to buy - Just open your garage to participate and make money.
The participating tracts of homes are bounded by La Paz on the West, Moulton Pkwy on the East, Crown Valley on the South and Yosemite on the North. The area just east of Sulfur Creek Reservoir (below)
