Video product launches present interesting opportunities, and they equally frustrating from a messaging standpoint.
Most of these launches are targeted at marketers, who aim to make money selling videos to real estate agents.
Here are some of the "suggested" email subject lines for this week's X-Wave launch:
- You can make a killing selling videos to Realtors
- Real Estate Agents will be your BIGGEST clients
- Create and sell Premium Real Estate Videos for BIG bucks
and in the body of the text...
If you are like me, and you have many years of real estate under your belt, you get turned off by this stuff.
The hype is off the charts.
It makes me crazy, especially when don't know how to use the word "REALTOR®". Grrrrr....
However, the video tech is really very, very good. I've been working with it and exploring how to leverage these videos using various real estate platforms ... and I am getting ready to upload a week's worth of tutorials to a private bonus member area.
