Saturday Smiles: Are You a Fish Out of Water?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

Ron took this photo at Woeste's in Los Olivos  This is one of those places we love to visit each time we are there.  We appreciate  the whimsical garden art that is owners choose to sell. And, they also delight us with a vast array of unusually delightful succulent specimens.

Being a fish out of water is tough, but it is how you evolve!

Kumail Nanjami--Pakistani Comedian

I found this quote and in my mind, it suits the photo. I see it as it as a salute to all of us who are willing to venture on the leading or bleeding edge knowing full well that that there is never a crowd there waiting to applaud our accomplishments.

Wishing you all a delightful evening and a great Sunday!

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Very nice photo and thoughts - and love that store! We are heading out soon for an outdoor picnic and Open House at one of our clients. They bought a home that overlooks the Columbia River and we are looking forward to soaking up the views.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD how wonderful for you to have that opportunity.  Our sunshine finally showed up around 12:30, so we got some weeding done, and simplifying...I am still in that mode.  Woeste's continues to delight us, and it was the first time that Ron and I walked out without buying a plant...LOL A

Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR Many of us have a love of water, and you have to wonder perhaps it is part of DNA from the sea and the lakes and the fact that the water coverage is a big part of our planet, and that fish tail eventually became feet?  Thus evolution began, It is fun to consider the possibilities.  A

I'm not a "fish person," Alexandra... but I can totally see why this wall of fish caught your eye and why you wanted to capture it in a photo. Loved the quote.

Endre Barath, Jr. those agents are some of the best people and some of the high producers, of course, they don't do the me, myself, and I dance...on the leading edge, there is no one to impress.  A

I like those fish, Alexandra.  The raccoons took the fun out of my having live fish in my pond, so I haven't restocked it in several months.  But, those fish on the fence have given me an idea.
