Motivational Monday...Just a Little More...
Since as far back as I can remember, I have been fascinated by ants. I even had an ant farm at one time.
Their movements and how they work are so interesting to me. Their ability to lift objects that exceed their body weight continues to be studied. I read somewhere that ants can support 5,000 times their body weight!
The other morning Larry and I were observing a group of ants attempting to carry away the main course for dinner that night...a June bug.
Now if you know your ants and June bugs, you know that one is significantly larger than the other. And yet with the help of various members of the local ant colony, that bug began to move.
It took patience...it took perseverance...and it took the work and cooperation of many to get that bug moved.
Think about that as you begin your week!
A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success. Elbert Hubbard
