On June 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 2.4% to the price of $845,000 in May of 2019 from price of $825,000 in April of 2019, and gained 0.8% from price of $838,000 in May of 2018, While, homes sales jumped 9.6% in May of 2019 from in April of 2019, but decreased 2.0% from May of 2018 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in May of 2019 down from 3.7 months in April of 2019, but higher from 3.3 months in May of 2018. An average it took 19.0 days to sell a home in May 2019, declined from 21.0 days in April of 2019, but rose from 15.0 days in May of 2018, in Orange County, California.
