We think for many people the answer would be yes, so here's what we CAN tell you now.
At some point in the next year or two Fischer Homes will have a new community in Lebanon Ohio for sale.
They'll be featuring their paired patio homes in Monroe Meadows.
Basically think a duplex ranch style condo with a finished lower level. Drees Homes typically calls the same style townhomes, although with Drees they're usually more than 2 attached and more likely 3-4 units per building.
Monroe Meadows will be within the Lebanon city limits and a smaller community, so don't expect an enormous number of these paired patio homes to be available. We also wouldn't expect the community to have much (if any) amenities beyond having your lawn taken care of. Countryside YMCA is less than 5 minutes down SR48 if you need to take a dip in the pool.

Initial prices are projected to start in the $170s, so we expect these paired patio homes to serve an in-demand niche that is mostly lacking in Lebanon.
