Here are the Home Sales numbers for the first 5 months of 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 for Montrose Colorado
In 2018 there were 289 homes that sold with an average selling price of $271,990 The average days on the market a year ago was 91
This year 2019 for the same period Jan 1st til the end of May there were 268 homes that sold for an average sales price of $273,500. days on the market is slightly up from a year ago to 98 days.
There are currently 208 homes actively listed for sale in the MLS that are not under contract.
As you can see the number of homes sold has dropped a little the avearge sales price has increased by a couple of thousand dollars and the time on the market as increased by a week.
