Wow, through the winter many of my friends would say, "did you sell a house today?" It was hard to keep saying no, but not anymore! With a pleasant smile, I can say Yes Yes Yes. I don't care what the media says, the market is moving in Georgia's Lake Country. If you don't know where that is then get a map and look into the heart of Georgia. There we are at Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair. We have it all in upscale Lake Oconee with the gated golf communities, country clubs, some of the greatest golf courses in the United States, fine dining, moon light cruises and fun in the sun. A jewel in the rough is Lake Sinclair. Most people don't believe me when I say we have Million dollar homes on beautiful Lake Sinclair. It has a reputation for being a recreation lake for Georgia Power employees. Yes, it was and still is but now we have a great population of year round residents. The lake surrounded by Putnam, Baldwin and Hancock counties has beautiful wooded areas, great historic towns and many gorgeous homes. In a few weeks I will post a tour of Lake Sinclair to show you just how beautiful it is. Check back with me. Thanks Linda
