Hi Sheila and Larry... by Charlotte standards, that's quite a high price for a 3 bedroom townhome... is it the location that commands these kinds of prices? In my area that money would buy one quite a single family home.

Barbara, Yes Larry and I know the Long Island Condo communities, like this one at Whitman Ridge in Melville L.I.

Patricia, Pets are permitted at Whitman Ridge in Melville Long Island and many buyers like that...

Nina, Yes Melville is a sought after area. It's the beginning of Suffolk County NY, and so close to Nassau County. Plus, it's all about supply and demand, and there are few opportunities at Whitman Ridge.

Scott, Not every community has central air conditioning, but at Whitman Ridge they were built with it.

Roy, Whitman Ridge needs inventory, so I look forward to sellers calling us and listing their Melville Condo with us.

Brian, It's a rare opportunity that owners move from Whitman Ridge, and many other Realtors don't even know it exists!
