Speechfull Sunday: The Magnolias Are Blooming In Santa Barbara!!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

There are quite a few Southern Magnolia trees in Santa Barbara County.  We have spotted them in Los Olivos, Santa Ynez (wine country), in the little village of Carpinteria (where we live), in Montecito and in the city of Santa Barbara.

Why should I be unhappy? Every parcel of my being

is in bloom?

Happy Sunday Everyone, Wishing you a delightful JULY!

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

My crepe myrtle is flowering very nicely this year as well. The hot pink flowers are as vibrant as I've seen them... maybe it's all the rain we had in spring. I'll be enjoying these flowers through September now.

Hi Alexandra... Charlotte is awash in crepe myrtle trees. You see them everywhere... I love the summer months here because you see flowers on so many streets and in so many yards from these trees.

I love magnolia trees, like the UK they tend to bloom to soon here in PA and then suffer from the rain and the cold.

HI Ron and Alexandra- I can remember when I was in first grade. There was a beautiful magnolia tree just outside a classroom window. It was so hard for me to keep from staring at that tree when I was sitting there.

Brian England this morning as we drove to our Qigong class we bypassed the freeway which was clogged up and took side streets.  There were so many magnolia trees in bloom, I was amazed.

Thank you for your kind words.  I gather Portland must have magnolias.  I always have loved the Rose Garden there as well as the Japanese garden.  A
