MICHIGAN BROKER OFFERS PAIN RELIEF TO CLIENTS

Many home sellers in Michigan are experiencing prolonged periods of suffering while their homes are on the market. The actual closing is often unbearable, especially for those who have only owned their homes 6 years or less.

To alleviate this situation a progressive Plymouth, Michigan broker has contracted with a local anesthesiologist to provide various levels of pain relief to his clients. "In our area so many hard working families who previously earned attractive salaries are being laid off. Selling their home in light of continuing unemployment or mandatory relocation is the only rational approach for many, although that often means coming to the closing table with a check for the bank. This is another tool we offer to provide superior service to our clients," stated Mr. Broker.

Upon listing their homes the clients are offered several pain mitigating options as many metro Detroit homeowners simply cannot make it through the selling process "naturally." The on-call doctor will prescribe a mild anti-anxiety medication while the home is on the market. Once the home is under contract the sellers are offered Valium to help them not to blow a gasket when the inevitable battering comes from the buyers, demanding more concessions from them. If they make it to the closing table the doctor will come administer an epidural so the sellers can sign the closing documents and hand over the check without screaming out in pain.

Mr.Broker is encouraged, "since we began offering this sevice our listings have tripled. The clients still go home in hurting, but at least we have done all we can to help them through the process and to  move on with their lives."

LOL! I know a few sellers that would love to get an epidural through the selling of their home. It's a painful process in a falling market, but it doesn't mean its impossible. Thanks for the laugh.
