As reported by the San Jose Mercury News, the Campbell Pruneyard Sold to Regency Centers.
Formerly owned and recently renovated by Ellis Partners, the 15.9 acre Pruneyard retail complex at South Bascom and East Campbell Avenues has been purchased by Florida-based Regency Centers. Regency owns more than 400 other retail complexes.
Acting through an affiliate, Regency Centers reportedly paid $212.5 million in cash for the Pruneyard, according to Santa Clara County public documents filed on July 1.
The Pruneyard is home to Buca di Beppo, Kyoto Palace, Rock Bottom Brewery, Trudy's Bridal Fashions and Books, Inc.
