Wahooz Family Fun Zone:
When Jonathan was younger, we used to go to Roaring Springs (which is now a section of Wahooz Family Fun Zone) and spend all day riding down the water slides, swimming in the wave pool and taking a float down the lazy river. Since then, they have expanded, re-branded to Wahooz Family Fun Zone and taken the idea of fun to a whole new level. From their attractions to their employees, Wahooz integrates the simple idea that they are truly serious about fun into their daily thinking and operations. They believe that if they are committed to creating this atmosphere that everyone at Wahooz will be happy. From every member of the family who visits to every crewmember who works there, Wahooz reminds everyone that no matter what your age or interests are, you can be entertained there.
To keep the Wahooz experience new and exciting, each year they add the latest innovations in games and conduct monthly facility inspections focused on continual maintenance and improvement. They regularly invest in their facilities to keep things safe, clean and new. They also encourage their crewmembers to provide friendly service that exceeds their guests’ expectations, so it’s pretty hard to not have a good time there, and because of that, it was an easy decision to add it to the list of Boyle's Boise: 52 Things to Do and See.
About Me:
I have been living in Idaho for my entire life, and the Treasure Valley has been my home for more than 30 years. In addition to constantly exploring the city and all of its activities, I am also very involved in the Treasure Valley’s philanthropy scene and have been working in the Mortgage industry as a Loan Officer for more than 35 years now. Additionally, my husband Michael had a 20+ career in Real Estate. So, if you are new to the area and looking to lay down some roots for your family, get involved with some great causes, connect with like-minded people or just explore all that Boise has to offer - please don't hesitate to let me know!
