"How can I help?"
That one question is how I've built the majority of my career . "How can I help" make the loan process easier for borrowers? "How can I help" real estate agents improve their business in a way that's different than other lenders?
Well one way I've been helping over the past couple years is by implementing data systems into my business that have a) gotten the rent V buy crowd off the fence and convinced buying is the way to go, b) gotten buyers motivated and convinced that the most important thing they can do is get into a home asap, and c) helped agents and their clients understand how to best structure a deal with financial savvy (aka alternatives to low ball offers, repair requests, etc).
One of the things I've heard recently is that agents are hearing a lot about a pending recession - what will it mean? How will it impact housing? How can you effectively communicate with a buyer that's still scarred from the great recession and waiting for the next "dip" before buying? The millenial buyer who saw their parents lose their home?
