Wolf Ranch is a newer subdivision located on the northeast side of Colorado Springs in the Briargate area. This neighborhood is a master planned community that features parks and open space as well as trails and a great recreation center. Future plans for this area include more than 300 acres of open space and over 10 miles of trails.

Gatehouse Village is an older neighborhood by comparison to Wolf Ranch. This neighborhood was developed and built starting in the late 1980s through the mid-1990s. Homes in the Gatehouse Village neighborhood average 3,000 square feet in size with a median sales price Of $377,000.
The Pine Creek neighborhood encompasses 900-acres including a golf course, open space and amenities. Pine Creek pioneered the concept of requiring builders to design and build their new homes in accordance with strict design guidelines and distinct architectural styles, including Prairie, Craftsman, European Cottage and Spanish Eclectic.
Windjammer is an older neighborhood in the Briargate community of Northeast Colorado Springs. Homes in the Windjammer neighborhood were built primarily in the mid-1980s what would now be considered large Lots. the area features extensive and mature landscaping which is maintained by the Windjammer HOA. Homes in this neighborhood average 2,500 square feet in size with a median sales price of $332,750.
