The Sunrise Neighborhood
Sunrise Boulevard is a historic landmark district north of the Poly High neighborhood in the northern part of the city of Long Beach, California. This small community is known for its well-preserved homes and buildings that offer a glimpse of the region's rich history. These houses feature Spanish colonial revival homes built during the early 1920s, craftsman bungalows, and other designs that feature a variety of period styles. Another iconic landmark in the area is the old El Cortez building which has been repurposed into an apartment complex. Nowadays, homes you can buy in the Sunrise Boulevard Historic District are smaller bungalow properties built for middle-class families or larger craftsman homes that were predominant in the early years of the community.

Calbrisas Park provides an excellent venue for families to enjoy the outdoors during a sunny day while the nearby shopping centers and stores offer a convenient place to visit for daily grocery shopping.
