The HOA fees are high, but here's the good news. These condos are a bit of a hybrid between patio homes and condos and are in the "landominium" category. Basically the HOA takes care of the exterior of the home with the exception windows, doors and decks.
Your yard is taken care of (mulch, landscaping, snow removal, mowing, etc.).
The location is just east of Mariemont and slightly north of Rt. 50.
Here's the bad news:
Taxes aren't cheap.
With only 32 units, turnover isn't significant. Expect 2-3 units a year to become available for purchase.
