Well I see people here some times with a piss ass attitude, they are the same ones that preach holier than though posts:)) but their actions speak volume... Agents with an attitude usually doesn't last long in this business.  I find it interesting, when something goes wrong, it's never their fault.

Attitude truly does make such a huge difference, not only in how WE feel, but in how we make others feel. I agree with your post!

Last year, I made a very difficult decision to stop having relationships with toxic folks. People who, for one reason or another, don't add to the quality of a life well-lived. Kindness coupled with authenticity wins in my book everytime, and we need both to be the real deal. 

This is excellent advice to share.

Hi Debe Maxwell, CRS Love this quote and post!  I am a big believer in being positive and spreading positivity.  I learned a long time ago to walk away from toxic people and situations - who needs that? Not my Circus, not my Monkeys!

Laughter is not only a sign of a positive person, it can lift others into a positive mindset as well!

Debe sometimes I wonder if the only time some people are happy is when they are complaining the most!

I'm so glad that Carol Williams featured this post in her Second Chance Saturday Series. Laughter is the best medicine and no one wants to be around a complainer! Spreading positivity  should always be the course of action..we are problem solvers and should be able to make a win/win in every case if we try hard enough. At least that should always be the goal.

I love this post and love the comments. When it comes to happiness, it can come from nowhere else but ourselves and our own outlook on life.

I love the positivity in this post. It is so right on about our business, but also life in general. Some just need to complain about everything and being around someone like that is so unpleasant and such a downer.

Excellent post, Debe.  We all fight the tendency to despondency when things aren't going well.  Sometimes it goes to the wire and the turnaround is last minute and not pretty. 
Better to continue to stay on top of things and think right.

Having a positive attitude in dire circumstances is very difficult to muster.
