Roswell's Horseshoe Bend Country Club Narrowly Escapes Foreclosure Sale
Roswell's Horseshoe Bend filed bankruptcy today just hours before a planned foreclosure sale. Horseshoe bend is located in historic Roswell and homes in the subdivision are currently on the market priced from $319,000 to $869,000. The Country club is the centerpiece of the Horseshoe Bend subdivision said to be one of the biggest and richest subdivision. Horseshoe Bend Country Club hosted the Senior PGA Pepsi challenge between 1986 and 1988. The bankruptcy filing temporarily halts the sale of the property. Report say that the owner will be getting a new loan and the loan just took a little longer than expected.
