The Glencoe market has seen downward pressure on prices as well as slower sales just as with other North Shore villages including Winnetka, Kenilworth, and to a lesser extent, Wilmette.
The median sale price has slipped since January, 2018:
Home sales rose in the 2nd half of 2018 and into 2019 but have slumped recently (partly due to the slower summer months.)
