Coachella Valley has been and is still seeing historical low days on market for homes. As the chart below shows the average "Months of Sale" was a low 3.8 months, slightly above last year, while the average "Days on Market" is 66 days. The "Days on Market" average is the same as last year. The Valley has been seeing these historical lows since mid 2017.
