Need help

Hello, I have to suspend or cancel my account as I had somthing come up for the next 3 months that will be a big project. I have sent over 3 emails in the last two weeks asking to help me cancel or suspend. There is zero responce from all support and my card is about to get changed again. It's like they are waiting for the date to bill it before responding, which is 3 more days. I feel like I'm being held hostage on here.

I might be wrong, but as a "rainer" your posts are not public and I thought the account was free.

Wish that were true, I am being billed $39.00 monthly unfortuantly with no way to cancel at all. It says to contact them if you wish to cancel but they won't respond. I may just have to figure out how to block it with my bank which is unfortuanate.
